This high quality charcoal pork rotisserie can roast an entire pig in a matter of hours! An adjustable steel spit helps to achieve that authentic rotisserie flavor.
Our Big John Charcoal Pork Rotisserie can roast your 125 lb. pig in a matter of hours! The stainless steel spit will hold the meat in place while it rotates, and the adjustable end mounts will help you control the heat as it cooks so you can achieve that authentic rotisserie flavor. Uses 20-30 lbs. of charcoal briquettes to start, and add 10 lb/ hour while cooking. (CHARCOAL NOT INCLUDED WITH RENTAL – Be sure to purchase what you need!)
Pig Roasting Basics:
- Estimate the number of people that you plan to serve and allow 1 1/2 lbs. of carcass weight per person. This will tell you the amount of pork to purchase.
- To estimate the cooking time, allow 1 hour per 10 pounds of pork.
